Refund & Dispute Policy

Summary
Vertex Zens does not offer refunds. Every purchase grants you a license to access a digital content library, delivered immediately on payment. All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read this policy and accept it in full.
Every product is sold "AS IS" with no guarantees of performance, results, ban-safety, compatibility, uptime, or fitness for any specific purpose. See our Terms of Service and EULA for the full disclaimer and License Agreement.
1. You Are Buying a License — Not a Tangible Good
When you check out, you are not purchasing a physical product or even a single file. You are purchasing a limited, revocable license to USE the Vertex Zens content library available to your tier (see Section 3 of the Terms of Service — License Agreement). The license is delivered the moment your Whop checkout completes; access is granted immediately and cannot be returned, un-delivered, or restocked.
Because the value is delivered the instant the license is granted, no refund is possible.
2. No Refunds Policy
We do not provide refunds, exchanges, store credit, partial credit, or cancellations under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind, accidental purchase, or buyer's remorse
- Forgetting to cancel an active subscription before renewal
- The product not meeting subjective performance expectations
- Compatibility issues with a specific console, controller, game patch, or anti-cheat system that the customer did not verify before purchase
- Loss of access caused by a customer-side action (account ban, chargeback, payment failure, breach of the Terms or EULA, etc.)
- Any third-party platform action (game publisher, console maker, payment processor, Discord) taken against the customer's account
- The catalog adding, removing, retuning, or re-tiering any individual script after purchase — your license is to the library as it stands from time to time, not to any specific file
3. Subscriptions & Renewals
Recurring memberships continue to renew until they are cancelled by the customer through the original checkout provider (Whop). It is the customer's responsibility to cancel before the next billing date. Renewal charges that occur because the subscription was not cancelled in time are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial billing periods.
4. Before You Purchase
Because all sales are final, we strongly recommend that you:
- Read every product description, tier comparison and FAQ entry carefully
- Confirm that your console, controller, game version, and Cronus Zen firmware are supported
- Review the Terms of Service (especially the License Agreement and Scripts Library Rules), the EULA, the Fair Play & Acceptable Use Policy, and this Refund Policy
- Ask any pre-purchase question in our Discord server before checking out
If you are not sure whether a product is right for you, do not purchase it.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or any payment provider after purchase is a material breach of this policy, the Terms of Service, and the EULA. Because the licensed access has already been delivered (and we keep proof of delivery, including the per-user watermark and download log), we treat chargebacks as fraud and respond accordingly:
- Immediate, permanent revocation of access to every Vertex Zens product, script, tool, AI feature and Discord role tied to the customer's account, email, IP, payment method, Discord ID, or device
- Permanent blacklist from the Vertex Zens Discord server and all current and future Vertex Zens products, including free downloads
- The disputed amount will be contested with our payment processor using purchase records, watermark records, IP logs, download logs and Discord activity as evidence
- Any costs, fees or penalties charged to Vertex Zens by the payment processor as a result of the dispute may be pursued from the customer through a collections agency or small-claims court at our discretion
6. How to Reach Us First
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you are experiencing a genuine product issue, please contact vertexzens@gmail.com or open a support ticket in our Discord server BEFORE contacting your bank. Most issues (download problems, access syncing, billing typos) can be resolved quickly without escalation. Contacting your bank first removes our ability to help.
7. Updates
Vertex Zens reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted at vertexzens.com/refund-policy is the version that applies to all current and future purchases. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
