1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to operate our services, grant access to purchased tiers, and protect both members and our intellectual property. Depending on how you interact with Vertex Zens, this may include:

• Account information you provide when signing in (email address, Discord username and ID, Whop user ID, display name, avatar URL)

• Order information when you purchase a tier through Whop (Whop membership ID, plan, tier level, purchase date, renewal status)

• Communications you send us (support requests, feedback, messages in our Discord server)

• Per-user watermark identifier(s) tied to your account or visitor session, used to mark .gpc files we serve to you and to support chain-of-custody investigations as described in the Terms of Service and EULA

• Download, access, and AI-feature usage logs (script ID, timestamp, IP address, device fingerprint, watermark id)

• First-touch attribution data (utm_*, gclid, referrer) stored in the vz_attr cookie when you arrive from a tagged campaign

• Limited technical information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL)

We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Whop on its own infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Verify your identity and grant access to the correct tier (Standard, VIP, Ultimate, Green AI, Vertex MLB 26, etc.)

• Process and fulfill purchases made through Whop and reconcile membership lifecycle events

• Send order-related and account-related emails (receipts, access notifications, security alerts)

• Provide customer support and respond to your questions

• Watermark .gpc files we serve to you, and investigate suspected unauthorized redistribution as permitted under the Terms of Service and EULA

• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and violations of our policies

• Improve the site, monitor uptime, and fix bugs

• Measure marketing performance in aggregate (server-side conversion events with hashed identifiers)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, support per-visitor watermarking for anonymous downloaders, and understand how the site is used. The site may use:

• Strictly necessary cookies that are required for authentication, session management, security, watermarking, and CSRF protection

• Preference cookies that remember settings such as your cookie-consent choice and theme

• Attribution cookies (vz_attr) that remember the first marketing source that brought you to the site, for up to 90 days

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) that help us understand aggregate usage patterns so we can improve the site

• Advertising cookies set by Google Ads / Meta Pixel where present, to measure conversion of campaigns

When you first visit Vertex Zens, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change or clear your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for vertexzens.com.

4. Third-Party Services

Vertex Zens relies on a small number of third-party services to operate. Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data:

• Whop & Mercury — handle all payments, subscriptions, and tier purchases. They receive the information you provide at checkout (name, email, payment details).

• Discord — used for community access, role syncing, and tier verification. Your Discord username, ID, and avatar are shared with us when you sign in with Discord.

• Resend (email delivery) — used to send transactional and account emails. Resend processes the recipient email address and the message contents on our behalf.

• Replit & Render (hosting) — provide the infrastructure that runs the Vertex Zens website. Standard server logs (IP, request path, user agent) are processed there.

• Google (Analytics 4 / Ads), Meta (Pixel), Whop (Pixel) — used for aggregate analytics and conversion measurement.

• LootLabs — content-locker provider for the free script tier.

• Groq / OpenAI — AI inference providers that may receive prompts and outputs related to the Auto Tune V3 / Green AI features (no payment or Discord identity is sent).

We share with these providers only the information they need to perform their function for us, and we require them to keep that data confidential.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for only as long as we need it to provide the service or to comply with legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.

• Account, tier, and watermark records are retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to handle tax, dispute, and chargeback obligations and to investigate redistribution claims.

• Email logs (delivery, bounces, opens) are retained for up to 12 months for deliverability and abuse-prevention purposes.

• Server, security, and download logs are typically retained for 30–90 days, except where extended retention is necessary for an active investigation.

When you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law or to defend against fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized redistribution.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted internal access, secure credential storage, and routine review of our integrations.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Vertex Zens does NOT guarantee, represent, or warrant the absolute security of any data you transmit to us or that we store on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee that our service will be free from unauthorised access, breach, downtime, data loss, or interruption. You provide your information at your own risk. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users in line with our legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date

• Ask us to delete your account and personal information, subject to legal exceptions

• Object to or restrict certain types of processing

• Withdraw any consent you previously gave (for example, by rejecting cookies in the banner)

8. Children's Privacy

Vertex Zens is not directed at children, and our service is licensed only to users 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the minimum age of consent for online services). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact vertexzens@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

Vertex Zens is operated online and our service providers may store and process data in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, our use of third parties, or applicable law. The effective date at the top of the page will always reflect the current version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice on the site or by sending an email to active members. Your continued use of Vertex Zens after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
