End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the Fair Play Policy, Vertex Zens grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Vertex Zens content available to your tier solely for your own personal, single-user, non-commercial use on a Cronus Zen device that you personally own.

You are receiving a license to USE — not ownership of — the scripts, GPC source, AI prompts, AI-tuned outputs, models, value sets, derivative works, or any associated intellectual property.

2. Scope of License & Permitted Devices

The license covers loading and running Vertex Zens scripts on a single Cronus Zen device that you personally own, for your personal play. You may copy a script onto multiple Cronus Zen devices that you personally own, provided that no other person uses any of those copies and no copy is shared, mirrored, or made accessible to anyone else in any form.

You may take a personal backup of files we deliver to you for your own archival use only. Any backup remains subject to this EULA and to the watermark integrity clause below.

3. Restrictions

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, reproduce, mirror, host, rehost, redistribute, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, time-share, gift, or transfer any Vertex Zens script, AI output, prompt, value set, or asset

• Share access credentials, download tokens, magic links, or paid content with any other person, account, household, or device

• Post any Vertex Zens script or AI output to GitHub, GitLab, Pastebin, Mediafire, Mega, Google Drive, Dropbox, Discord servers other than the official Vertex Zens server, Telegram, Reddit, forums, marketplaces, "Cronus Zen leaks" sites, or any private group

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, scrape, harvest, or programmatically index our scripts, prompts, models, AI outputs, or APIs, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly forbids that restriction

• Re-tune, retrain, fine-tune, embed, or use any Vertex Zens script or AI output as input data for any third-party AI model, language model, dataset, or training pipeline

• Remove, alter, obfuscate, regenerate, or attempt to detect or strip any watermark, header, comment block, file name signature, or branding inside any file we deliver

• Modify any Vertex Zens script and present it as your own work, the work of any third party, or as compatible with or endorsed by any third party

• Bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any tier gate, LootLabs locker, rate limit, security control, anti-fraud control, or download token enforced by Vertex Zens

• Use any Vertex Zens script or AI output for any commercial service, paid coaching, paid configuration, paid retune, or any product or service offered to a third party

• Use any Vertex Zens script or AI output for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party right

4. Watermark Integrity

Every .gpc file delivered by Vertex Zens — whether downloaded directly, served through a LootLabs locker, or produced by Auto Tune V3 or Green AI — is individually watermarked with a unique identifier tied to the requesting account or visitor. The watermark is written as a standard GPC line comment, does not affect script execution, is deliberate and lawful, and is disclosed in this EULA and in our Terms of Service.

You agree that the watermark is an integral part of the licensed file. You may not strip, alter, regenerate, comment-strip, obfuscate, replace, or otherwise tamper with the watermark, even if you do not redistribute the file. Tampering is a separate, independent breach of this EULA.

You consent to the use of the watermark, together with our download, payment, IP, Discord, and access logs, as evidence in any internal disciplinary action, payment-processor dispute, DMCA filing, civil claim, or legal proceeding arising out of unauthorized distribution.

5. AI-Tuned Output (Auto Tune V3 / Green AI)

AI-generated, AI-tuned, or AI-personalized output produced by Auto Tune V3, Green AI, or any future Vertex Zens AI feature is a derivative work of our underlying scripts, prompts, and models, and is owned by Vertex Zens. Your use of that output is licensed to you under the same terms as the underlying source script, and is fully subject to the watermark, redistribution, and tampering restrictions of this EULA and the Scripts Library Rules in the Terms.

You may not retain, export, or share AI-tuned output for any purpose beyond your own personal Cronus Zen device. Bulk-generating AI output for redistribution, resale, dataset construction, or training of any third-party model is expressly forbidden.

6. Ownership & Reservation of Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the scripts, GPC source, AI prompts, models, value sets, AI-tuned outputs, derivative works, branding, copy, screenshots, video footage, dashboards, and the Vertex Zens website remain the sole and exclusive property of Vertex Zens. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.

Nothing in this EULA conveys any ownership of any Vertex Zens intellectual property to you.

7. Account-Bound License & Transfer Prohibition

The license granted under this EULA is bound to the Vertex Zens account that purchased it. You may not split the license across people, transfer it to another account, sell it, lend it, gift it, sublicense it, assign it, or pledge it as security. Any attempted transfer is void and is a material breach of this EULA.

If you stop using a Cronus Zen device or sell it to another person, the Vertex Zens license remains with your Vertex Zens account; it does not pass to the device buyer.

8. Termination Triggers

This license terminates automatically and without notice on the earliest of: (a) your breach of any term of this EULA, the Terms of Service, or the Fair Play Policy; (b) your initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute; (c) revocation of your tier, ban from the Vertex Zens Discord, or termination of your Whop membership for cause; (d) your death, dissolution, or incapacity; or (e) revocation by Vertex Zens for any reason in our reasonable discretion.

9. Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination of the license for any reason you must, immediately and without further notice: (a) cease all use of every Vertex Zens script, AI output, prompt, value set, and asset; (b) remove every copy from every Cronus Zen device, computer, controller, mobile device, cloud drive, archive, and backup in your possession or control; (c) refrain from creating or distributing any new copy or derivative work; and (d) confirm in writing, on request, that you have done so.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

10. Survival

Sections 3 (Restrictions), 4 (Watermark Integrity), 5 (AI Output), 6 (Ownership), 7 (Account-Bound License), 9 (Post-Termination Obligations), 11 (Disclaimer & No Guarantees), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination of this EULA indefinitely.

11. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

All Vertex Zens content licensed under this EULA is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertex Zens disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the above, Vertex Zens specifically does NOT guarantee any of the following:

• That any script, value, configuration, or AI output will work, perform, or feel a specific way for you

• That any script will remain compatible with future game patches, firmware updates, console updates, or controller revisions

• That any script will be undetected by, compatible with, or safe to use alongside any anti-cheat, matchmaking, ranking, reporting, or moderation system

• That use of our products will not result in account warnings, suspensions, bans, shadow-bans, removal of progression, removal of cosmetics, removal of in-game currency, or any other action by a game publisher, console maker, league, or platform

• That you will rank up, win more games, achieve any specific in-game result, or improve at any specific rate

• That the website, downloads, Discord, Auto Tune V3, or any service component will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any specific time

• That updates, fixes, retunes, or new content will be released on any specific schedule, frequency, or at all

• That any human or AI-driven support response will solve your issue or be delivered within any specific timeframe

Vertex Zens scripts run exclusively on the Cronus Zen controller emulator. They do not alter game files, inject code, read game memory, manipulate network packets, or interact with anti-cheat services. They only refine the controller input signal that reaches your console or PC. Our scripts are not cheats, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, or ESP, and they are not intended to provide capabilities unavailable to standard controller input.

Use of any controller emulator may be restricted by individual game publishers, console makers, or competitive leagues. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the Terms of Service of each game and platform you play. Vertex Zens accepts no liability for any account action taken by a third party as a result of your decision to use a controller emulator.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Zens, its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, in-game progression, in-game currency, ranked standing, cosmetics, account standing, or platform privileges arising out of or relating to this EULA or any Vertex Zens content.

In no event will Vertex Zens' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this EULA exceed the amount you paid Vertex Zens in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is lower.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of Vertex Zens, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution procedure set out in the Vertex Zens Terms of Service.

14. Updates

Vertex Zens may update this EULA from time to time. The current version is the version posted on vertexzens.com/eula. Material changes will be communicated as described in the Terms. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
