End User License Agreement (EULA)

2. 1. License Grant

Vertex Zens grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the scripts and tools included in the Premium library solely for your own personal use.

3. 2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Vertex Zens product

• Share access credentials or premium content with any other person

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any script or tool

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose

4. 3. Ownership

All scripts, tools, and content remain the intellectual property of Vertex Zens. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. 4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Vertex Zens may terminate your license immediately and without notice if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our products and no refund will be issued.

6. 5. Disclaimer

All products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Vertex Zens is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. 6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Vertex Zens.

Vertex Zens reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
